曾执导《国家代表》《大明猩》和《与神同行》的韩国导演金容华将与斯坦·李携手拍摄一部父爱主题的超级英雄电影《Prodigal》，金容华导演的制作公司Dexter Studios 在上周末举行的LA Comic Con上宣布了这一消息。 据今日韩媒消息，金容华导演将执导自己的首部好莱坞电影《Prodigal》，该片由斯坦·李的POW! Entertainment和Luka Productions担纲制作，《蜘蛛侠2》和《关键第4号》的编剧阿尔·高夫和迈尔斯·米勒将联合执笔该片剧本。 《Prodigal》根据同名漫画改编，讲述的是一个聚焦父爱的超级英雄故事。Dexter Studios表示，《Prodigal》的制作团队十分认可金容华导演此前作品中所传递出的“人文关怀”，以及他们在看过《与神同行》的片段后，认为金导演的世界观和技术能力可以胜任该片导演工作。 而金容华导演则表示《Prodigal》中对于父爱的展现，在韩国以及全球观众中间都能够引发共鸣，”对于这个在现有的超级英雄故事中很少见的主题，我和斯坦·李有许多共鸣。” 目前金容华导演正在与制作公司就合同细节进行商讨。《Prodigal》将以2019年上映为目标进行前期准备。
